Summary

This article applies when Using WW cards used in Venn routers.

When using WW Sim Cards Public IP's that are presented to Customers are private addresses.

This could lead Firewalls on Customers sites to block  prevent PepVpn tunnels to establish.

This blocking may be due to port blocking, IPS blocking and/or Geolocation blocking.

Solution

1. Traffic/Port blocking

Add rules in firewall allowing following WW subnets :

92.222.225.96/27

51.68.53.224/27

13.251.29.160/32

18.136.110.6/32

51.254.166.0/27

51.77.176.96/27

18.204.157.11/32

35.174.37.128/32

To increase security those rules can be restricted to ports on wich which PepVpn works (Usually IP 32015 and UDP 4500, 4501 or 4505).

2. Geolocalisation :

Trafic may be blocked by geolocalisation rules. Depending on firewalls, exceptions for those subnets have to be implemented or UK has to be authorized.
