Via the Starlink portal
Go to https://www.starlink.com/account/dashboard
Select the account you need to activate a subscription on
Click the + next to ALL SERVICE LINES
Complete all fields
If the specific KIT is not showing up
You’ll need to unlock it and add it to the zone you’re trying to activate one in
